This bike is to be as close as possible to Wayne Rainey's 1990 YZR500 Marlboro Yamaha. Our customer wants as many components as possible that were actually used on original 500cc race bikes.

So far we have found original YZR500 wheels, brakes and forks

This bike has required us to make new tooling for the complicated pressings on both the new frame and swingarm. . This bike should be completed by Oct/Nov 2011.

This is our new YZR500 replica frame. It has been fully heat treated after construction, hence the dull colouriing.....true GP quality!!!!
